ADULTS

We are currently accepting adult ENT referrals. Please send referral information to our fax number at 705-675-7330. Referrals will be triaged based on their degree of urgency and reason for referral. As we are working through a large volume of referrals from all over Northeastern Ontario, non-urgent routine issues may take up to 24 months before being seen. Patients will be contacted closer to their appointment date as we only book at most 4-6 weeks in advance.

PEDIATRICS

Please note there is now a Neo Navigation Central Intake and Referral Program through Health Sciences North. Any children under 18 years old who require an ENT physician should be referred directly through Ocean to the Neo Navigation program. Referrals will then be triaged and distributed accordingly between the ENT physicians in Sudbury. For further inquiries, please contact Neo Navigation at 705-523-7120 and select Option 1.

Please note, we do provide hearing testing on site via Hear North Audiology, which is usually done at the time of your appointment.
